Hi, on my ruijie cloud, I choose captive portal and there is a pop up: no respondent sam group.

All my Reyee devices is working on the latest firmware.
I've configured it in the new design of the cloud dashboard, but in the captive portal menu, I couldn't find any 'portal page' I've already created:



I've found many 'portal pages' that I've already created in the old design on the monitoring >> device >> home gateway >> click SN >> config >> cloud portal auth

Yes, but not working.
I've many pages that I've already created but not shown in the captive portal menu



At first, I thought it was an error when I created the pages and I tried to create them again, but It still did not show on the cloud portal auth page.


Then when I discovered the old design, I found all the pages that I'd already created in the cloud auth portal menu but with the error: no respondent sam group.

Hi Ross,
Could you please reconfigure the captive portal on VLAN 28, SSID: HAR****TEST?
As per my details in the email. existing, My client used VLAN 233 to connect to the internet. I won't disturb the 'current temporary' connection.
Is it possible?

As far as it will not change the current connection (VLAN 233 - HOTSPOT) with WPA2-PSK authentication, no problem.
