Based on documentations about api we need to get appid and secret, but how to get this?

Parameter Name	Type	Mandatory	Description
appid	String	M	Application corresponding to the specified app ID, which is assigned by the server.
secret	String	M	Key corresponding to the specified app ID, which is assigned by the server.
