Title: high latency between local network

my network getting internet slow. try to trace ping my gateway local ip from layer 2 switch RG-NBS3100-24GT4SFP-P get high ping during production hours. im not sure what happen on this.

Thank you for contacting us. Can you briefly describe the topology of the network to us?And if you networks are all in cloud, could you share your project with us to check please.
For the phenomenon that you have high latency from the switch ping test gateway, the possible reasons are:
1. There is a network loop in the switch.
2, the existence of intermediate devices with low forwarding performance, such as hub.
3, poor contact of the network cable between network devices.
