if there are all EW devices, they will support layer-2 romaing by default

The distance between the wired repeater would be around 20-50 meters each. since I will be putting it per floor. It cannot reach if I will setup wireless repeater that is why I opted for wired repeater instead

should my main router be set to router mode?
then the other routers connected to my main router be set to access point or wired repeater?

Yes, you are correct, the main router should work in Router mode and the 3 other routers will work in Access Point mode, it is the same as wired repeater.

Thank you! with that setup and having the same SSID and password for the main router and other connected wired routers. will it automatically activate the seamless roaming? or do I need to activate it manually?

Yes, the roaming is enabled by default when you have the EW routers working in the same network.
