I am experiencing unusual slowness with my access points. We have an application running on the network. There is no speed problem when we connect via cable on the same network, but it becomes very slow and takes a long time to load when connected to the Ruijie access point. What could be the reason for this?

According to your description, there may be several reasons that cause your device to connect to a wireless network with slow internet speed:
1, your device is far away from the AP, resulting in low RSSI value, which affects the wireless speed.
2, your device is connected to the wireless band is 2.4G it, if you are connected to the 2.4G, then the negotiation rate between your device and the AP will be low, resulting in your use of low speed.
3, channel congestion leads to low wireless rate, you can check whether there is infinite interference, we recommend that the channel value of different APs need to try not to repeat, if repeated may lead to interference.
