I have connected it already but it doesn't show on the Ruijie cloud. I tried scanning the QR but it says error. It is a RG-ES110D-P 8 port POE unmanaged switch. With SN G1RP13S000886.

This model RG-ES110D-P is an unmanaged switch , and it's not supported to get online in the cloud.
