Title: My switch NBS3100-24GT4SFP-P do not connect to the Cloud.
Hi!
I have 2 switches NBS3100-24GT4SFP-P that do no connect to Ruijie Cloud.

I brought one for testing to verify that the other one was not damaged. It worked correctly in my office, but when I connected it to the project network, only the APs were connected, but the switches showed me no network.




I asked my local support and they tell me that I need to configure some addresses and ports in my firewall to allow the switches to connect to the cloud.
And they give me this table.




I entered all the UDP/TCP addresses and ports but I still can't get the switches to connect to the cloud. Can you help me by telling me which are the specific ports and addresses for the NBS switches?
