Hi i am using EW3200GX-PRO and I have made port forwarding but it dosent forward the port

I‘m sorry that we can't provide a specific solution for you based on current information. Can you help to check the following aspects:
May I know how you test it? Which IP and port was used for the access?

1. Is the device being tested accessing EW's Intranet device from EW's extranet?

2. If you access device on EW's Intranet, can you access it directly?
If the Intranet access fails, you need to check the configuration of the accessed device

If the Intranet is accessible, you can try accessing EW's WAN port to see if it works


If the issue still exists, please share test screenshot talk with me again. I would be glad to help you in Community.
