Hello,
i have problem with the schedule SSID / Radio Frequency scheduled shutdown not working properly when i set up last past 3 days.
I still see my SSID at 10 pm..

Can you please let us know if you configure the schedule SSID as in the following post?

If a user is already connected to this SSID, when the schedule starts to turn off the SSID, the user will be disconnected and the SSID cannot be scanned in the WiFi list on the user's device when outside the SSID schedule.


If you do, can you please confirm the firmware version in your AP?

Yes i follow the same instruction that you give me..
Firmware Version:

Hello,

I‘m sorry that we can't provide a specific solution for you based on current information. Can you help to check the following aspects:
1. Check whether other nearby aps broadcast the same SSID. You can use wifi moho APP find AP feature to see which AP is currently connected( how to download: https://community.ruijienetworks.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=2472&extra=page%3D1)
2. Is RAP in the main group or in the subgroup? If RAP is in the subgroup, try to move to the main group for testing
