Already have ppoe server and active PpoE account, when I add another ppoe account no device was found..

Hello sir, all nbr models.. cannot add ppoe account.. also my ruijie EG3000UE... only option to add pppoe account is via cloud.. but when i go to ppoe account in cloud it says that NO DEVICE..
