Dear sir

All the routers are in the same network, only 2 of them can not be online on cloud right? Please help try to upgrade them to the latest firmware version for test. Here is the latest firmware version link for RG-EW1200G Pro: https://reyee.ruijie.com/en-global/resources/software/ew1200g-pro-firmware/ew1200gpro-308-firmware/.

I upload firmware to both devices that I am having problems with, but it does not change. The version I marked with an arrow at the bottom of the photo above remains the same and does not change.

Please share with me your email so that I can share you the middle firmware version of the router. Because the router current firmware version is too old, we need to upgrade to the middle firmware version first then to upgrade to the latest firmware version.
