Hi, User 57880
I‘m sorry that we can't provide a specific solution for you based on current information.

Can you help to check the following aspects:
1. Check if the AP is working by following the steps: log into the AP and check if it receives an IP address from the uplink router; if it does not have an IP address, please check if the DHCP service is working normally on the router.
2. Check if SSID has been set up on the AP by following steps: log into AP and check its SSID configuration; if it's in default settings, please set up the SSID.
3. Check if user can connect to WiFi by following steps: check if user can connect to the SSID and get IP address normally; if user cannot receive IP properly, please check if the SSID and its related interfaces are encapsulated with the correct VLAN ID or not.

If the issue still exists, please help to collect the result of the AP's running config and logs and talk with me again. I would be glad to help you in Community.

Best regards,
Jayden

Hello,

I‘m sorry that we can't provide a specific solution for you based on current information. May I ask who the DHCP server is?
If the AP will act as a DHCP server, then you should choose NAT mode.
If the AP only broadcasts the SSID and there are other devices on the network acting as DHCP servers, can I see the configuration of the server?

If you set static ip on user, will user ping gateway or 8.8.8.8 noramlly? If yes, pls help access gateway device and capture packet for us so that we can help you analysis this issue. If not, we can check gateway(DHCP server) and other device( like switch) configuration.

Best regards,
Micca
