Title: Voucher Code can't login
Some of our wifi users complain that the voucher code given is invalid or cannot log in. Is it possible that some of the voucher codes created through authentication and accounts cannot be used or can all voucher codes be used?

There could be several reasons why users are experiencing this issue. It is necessary to know what type of messages they are receiving, as well as the configuration of the vouchers, whether they are time-based or based on the number of users who can use the same voucher.

I'm sorry that we can't provide a specific solution for you based on current information.
Can you help to check the following aspects:
1. please provide a screenshot of the error message on the portal page when the user fails to authenticate using the voucher code
2. Check if the voucher code is already expired; an expired voucher code cannot be used to authenticate users


3. Check if the voucher has reached the concurrent device limit or is bound with a MAC address.
