I have changed my router (SSID & password) and have carried out a reset but the NVR is no able to detected by the switch. Other devices like APs works well.

You may try to reconfigure the NVR setting then try again and check whether the switch port which connected to the NVR device is normally up. If the problem still exists, please help provide a picture or a video for further troubleshoot this case. Thank you for your cooperation.
