May I know whether the RAPs are connected to the same network actually, can they access with each other?
Please make sure that the devices are in the same network, so that they can elect a SON master normally and manage the rest of devices in the same network.

yes it is connected to the same network, on the ruijie switch

Sir , they can select a SON master normally and manage the rest of devices in the same network.

Or you can try delete the conflicted device and then to re-add it.
