Title: Cloud No synchronize
My problem is that the AP does not synchronize with the Cloud when it is directly connected to the Mikrotik, but when I connect the AP to my ISP router it synchronizes without problem.

Based on the problem you described, are there any port restrictions on Mikrotik?
The synchronization configuration of our devices with the cloud needs to ensure that TCP 80,443,25857 and UDP 3478,3479 are available on the network.
Can you check on that and refer to us?
