"I have a Ruijie AP820-I that cannot go online in the Ruijie Cloud, even though it has already received an IP address in the cloud. I have also tried changing the CWMP settings. Could you please provide a solution?"

If ping domain failed, pls try to change DNS to 8.8.8.8 and test again
CLI command: Ruijie(config)#ip name-server 8.8.8.8

Some of the AP820-I with certain SN can only be managed by the WIS cloud instead of the Ruijie Cloud.

Could you check the alarm page in your project and see if there is any alert about the device is not supported by the ruijie cloud?


Regardless if such warning exists or not, please contact us on Rita(http://www.ruijienetworks.com/rita) so we can check the SN for you and help you with the further troubleshooting.

Could you check the alarm page in your project and see if there is any alert about the device is not supported by the ruijie cloud?
If yes, current not support and no solution on this.
If no, please share with me your test screenshots so that i can help you troubleshooting on this.
