"I have a Ruijie AP820-I that cannot go online in the Ruijie Cloud, even though it has already received an IP address in the cloud. I have also tried changing the CWMP settings. Could you please provide a solution?"

If ping domain failed, pls try to change DNS to 8.8.8.8 and test again
CLI command: Ruijie(config)#ip name-server 8.8.8.8
