If you reset the device to factory settings, its data in the cloud will be deleted, making it impossible to verify the device, so the cloud will remove it. If you need to manage it in the cloud, please use SN to add it back manually.

I never reset the device to factory settings, so I constantly have to add it to the cloud. I've tried using a new 48v adapter, is there another solution?

May i know what is current issue? Is your device add to cloud failed? May I see the screenshot of this issue please?
