I have a problem when i try to enable MU-MIMO on AP RG-840-I but the result show "failed to set radio 1 or 2 MIMO". On the specification of this AP can support MIMO

May I know which radio you want to enable mi-mimo? And what is device firmware version?

Regarding your question, I double check i: radio1 is not supported, radio 2 is supported. What's more, you need to upgrade the latest version to enable it.

Thanks for the answare, Both of them cannot be enable, the firmware version is AP_RGOS 11.9(2)B2P2, Release(07130400), can i upgrade firmware of the AP on Access Control ?
