Title: Why loop detect alert didn't show in my switch
I dont have alert or have messages when i tried fourth times to simulate loop detect. I put a 2 metre cable to port 9 and 15 and it doesn't show any alert or messages.

I have change port too, it doesn't show any alert. My action was warning then shutdown.

I use NBS3100-24GT4SFP v2
Firmware ReyeeOS 2.280.0.1709

I try to upgrade to latest firmware and the messagea and alert still did not show. I have activate rdlp
Can anyone help me.

To see the alerts, where are you testing, in the app or in the cloud? Did you not have this issue with a previous firmware version?

I do both web and apps but it just didn't show any messages or alert, i have Enable RLDP.

Hi Sir,
Did you check if the switch are detecting the loop on the system logs on eweb tunnel? Also can check the logs to see if device has any RLDP alarm

I did check eweb web and rldp on, but no message or alerts
