Title: Wired Client users is not displayed on rujie cloud


I cannot see all wired clients that connected and online in my network.
It's been more than a week now. All clients can access network normally.

My project Up time: 238 day(s) .

Wired users information has been displayed before, only around last week or so, i cannot see all wired clients.

Thanks for your kind reply, Is there a change in your environment, such as device replacement or configuration changes.

Does the NBR work as DHCP server for wired users?

From time to time, we change configuration, but as far as I recall, I didn't touch DNS/DHCP config.
We also upgrade firmware frequently, and making sure using the last firmwares.

Yes, NBR as a DHCP server, for all clients.

May I know the NBR's firmware version? Can the NBR learn the ARP information of wired terminals?
this is the command how to check ARP table on NBR: show ARP
Btw, What's the model of the wired terminal?

Yes, Sir, I can see all my clients. Wireless and Wired in showARP.

But still none of my wired clients showed up on ruijie cloud

Hello,
It looks like the NBR has the data but is having issue in reporting them to the cloud. You can reconfigure the cloud logging service via the commands below base on your region.
For AS cloud
cloud-diagnosis enable

cloud-diagnosis server http://cloud-as.ruijienetworks.com/service/api/rgdev/nbm/config/config.json

cloud-diagnosis sync-server http://cloud-as.ruiienetworks.com/service/api/rgdev/nbm/version/sync


For EU (LA, ME,A1) cloud
cloud-diagnosis enable

cloud-diagnosis server http://deviceapi-eu.ruiienetworks.com/service/api/rgdev/nbm/config/config.json

cloud-diagnosis sync-server http://deviceapi-eu.ruiienetworks.com/service/api/rgdev/nbm/version/sync


After configuring it, enter
cloud-diagnosis update
and wait around 5 minutes.

Hello,
You can check the region service by looking at the URL after login. The follow one is an example of account on AS cloud service.


You can enter "enable" and then "configure ter" before entering the rest of the commands.

Yes, after you enter these commands, you can check whether the logs can be uploaded successfully. If it still can not work, please help check whether this IP: 34.87.93.12 tcp80 and tcp443 ports are allowed to pass through in your network.
