Dear customer
did you want to change the wan port ip address or the wireless user ip address?
if you want to change the wan port the ip address, if you config the dhcp in wan port , you should change at the ISP router side.
If you want to change the wireless user ip address, you should change the ip set at the lan port and dhcp server config .
