1. Check the signal strength of your SSID.
You can check it with the toolkit of the Ruijie Reyee APP. The signal strength should be above -75dBm to ensure acceptable wireless experience.
2. Check the Channel ustilization of your device. If it is busy or overloaded, the transfering rate will be affected.
Idle:0%-59%
Busy:60%-79%
Overload:80%-100%
3. Check the RF power of your APs.
If APs are deployed close to each other or the utilization rate of the channels used by the APs is high, you can try to reduce the AP power to reduce wireless interference.
If the terminal is far away from the AP, you can try to increase the AP power.
