Yes only in iphone. i can see now the portal in laptop. but on iphone is negative

Dear sir,
For this case please check this:
1. Please verify whether all iPhone devices cannot pop up the Portal interface
2. If all iPhones cannot pop up the Portal, please try to manually enter and access 1.1.1.1 in the browser to see if the Portal will pop up
3. Check whether the device is added to the authentication allow list/ban list

En mi caso, el Wi-Fi no se conecta al iPhone y me aparece el mensaje "Error al abrir la página", "No se pudo abrir la página usando el punto de acceso porque se interrumpió la conexión de red".
¿Cómo puedo solucionarlo?
