Please try to press the router reset button for more than 10s to reset it then try to search the default wireless SSID “@Ruijie-sXXXX”. If there is no default SSID can be searched, please help record a video about the router indicator status to our support email(service_rj@ruijienetworks.com) to further check this issue.
