Dear sir,
Are you trying to upgrade the firmware of the Reyee RG-RAP2200(E)？

If you're facing problem when upgrading the firmware, you may try upload the firmware file on AP eWeb locally.
And if the current firmware version is ReyeeOS 1.249.1308, it might be too old to upgrade to the latest one at one time.
Here's the transitional version for you to upgrade, you can upgrade to ReyeeOS248 first, then upgrade to the latest version
ReyeeOS300 next. (Click the version No. to download)

Dear sir,
Have you tried connect your PC wired to the AP and visit the eWeb to perform the local upgrade?
You may refer my last reply of this post to check it out.

Yes I cant do firmware upgrade on both RG-RAP2200(E)
