I'm sorry that we can't provide a specific solution for you based on current information. Can you help to check the following aspects：
1. Check current DNS server on the WAN port. If it's not 8.8.8.8, please try to configure 8.8.8.8 on the WAN port
2. Check if you can ping the current DNS server on the WAN port. If it's you can ping the DNS server on the device,it could be the ISP link unstable, need to confirm with ISP side
