I haved update system on cloud, and Switch Updated failed,and all of switch offline.

The device will restart during the update process, and it is not unusual for the device to go offline during this process. You can wait about 15 minutes, if still not online, please log in to the web of the device and follow the guide to check: https://community.ruijienetworks.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=2021&extra=page%3D1
