Title: Portal Page Fails to Authenticate Users to use Internet
"I’m experiencing an issue with my Wi-Fi voucher system where the portal page fails to complete authentication. When users enter their voucher code, it loops back to the portal login page instead of connecting them to the internet. Has anyone encountered this problem or know a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated!"

    May i confirm that all users have this issue? Could you also check whether the login url is https://www.ruijienetworks.com? and it will help if you share the login fail page screenshot, thank you very much.

    Hi, if you failed in login with voucher code, could you help share the login fail page so we can better understand the situation? and may i confirm that all users have this issue?

    We have had this issue since the last update.  It was fine prior to that.  Hope this gets fixed soon.
