Title: Captive Portal times out after 10mins
Hi,
I have the captive portal enabled and since the last, most recent update we now have issues with it expiring or logging users off after 10 minutes.  Any leads would be much appreciated.  Thank you.

Good day.
Do you mean all the accounts will be expired in 10min?
Have you checked the period parameter you set?

Also please check these parameter to observer the account info, if the traffic used reached the limitation, the account will be expired too.
You can change it in the corresponding user group:

Hi Lex, thank you for the quick response.
I have the Period set for "1 Day."  I will change it to "Unlimited" and see how it goes tomorrow when we have users online.  With it set at unlimited, won't the user be online permanently?  Ideally, we would want for the user to go through the captive portal again the following day.

Yes you can choose it " Unlimited
".  You can monitor first , if you still have any issue, you can contact us again.

Hi Micca,

It's still the same unfortunately.  The voucher expires after a few minutes.  I have it set as "unlimited."  Lmk if you have any suggestions I can look into.  Regards
