Title: Cloud Activation - Failed to get Activation Email
I have registered for a new cloud account and currently have a time limited account which must be activated within X days. The issue I am having is that I am failing to get the activation email.
I have checked my local spam filter.
I also have a cloud-based anti-spam system and have used it for years with complete success. I have whitelisted both the [color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.65)]mail.ruijie.com.cn and the
[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.65)]ruijie.com.cn domains and inspected its quarantined list. In short, I can find no evidence that I received this email. Do you have any ideas or an alternative mechanism to activate the account?
