Title: RG310GH, RAP 2260 (G) Constant connection loss on apple devices
I have a project, using gateway RG310GH, RAP 2260 (G). Recently, the system often loses connection with the user (continuous connection loss on apple devices).
I have manually tweaked the RF and proactively optimized it but the situation is not feasible, can you give me some advice?
Thanks everyone

Hi sir,
May I know your device's SN? May you tell me the topology and how did you deploy AP? Could you please provide a video the the apple devices have this issue?
You can refer to these steps to do a troubleshoot first:
1. Check whether the kick out threshold is set ---- the kick out threshold caused by low power configuration
2. Improve power and reduce roaming sensitivity --5G channel itself is weak through the wall, if the connected terminal signal is too weak, resulting in the terminal to switch back and forth between 2.4G and 5G
3. Adjust the channel - You can download a wifimoho software, then you can find the optimal channel.
4. Check whether the channel utilization ---- will cause unstable device connections due to excessive channel utilization, and adjust the bandwidth test.
5. Replace the terminal and test ---- to check whether it is a fixed terminal
6. Connection hotspot test comparison -- Check whether only RAP signals are connected
7. Upgrade the AP to the latest version -- There may be abnormal device connection caused by software functions. You are advised to upgrade to the latest version of the corresponding model.
Best regards,
Steve
