Sometimes we have the ISP router and reyee devices behind as below, and the DHCP server is on the ISP router
Due to ISP DHCP configuration, the DNS Server by default is the ISP gateway IP instead of Public DNS.
This will make all reyee device cannot be online on cloud, because of the DNS is not working well
2. Solution
Access eweb page of every AP, and manually set up the DNS server
then check the AP can ping to public network, for example Google:
