I have an AP model RG-RAP2260(G), and the device is working correctly with the internet it is provided, however, when I try to connect it to the cloud, it never links. I have tried the following:
Creating the project with the Ruijie AP by scanning the QR code. I reset it to factory settings and followed the same procedure with no success.
I searched for the option to change the region and assign a different IP, but locally, with the firmware version 1.230 (the latest version), I cannot find this option. It only shows the QR code.
Lastly, I believe this is an issue with the cloud that is preventing me from linking it. I have installed several devices, and this is the first one that has given me this kind of problem.
The device at the demarcation point, where the service is provided, is a MikroTik, which could also be the cause. However, this device has a basic configuration, which I believe should not cause any issues.

Please help us to see the hardware version of your AP as follows:
Once you confirmed, you can try to install the latest version manually. The Reyee OS 2.300 is compatible with all RG-RAP2260(G) hardware versions as you can see in the next picture.
