Hello I have problem on my EW1200G-PRO,


so the AP Router is like Hank/or something like not responding with indicator on WAN not light up but indicator on LAN2 on, I connected WAN to Ruijie ES220GS-P with poe disabled

after i reboot my AP and then works normally, after a while AP not responding with same indicator on LAN2

When there is a problem with the device, do you try to log in to the web of the device to check the network status of the device?


Check the device SSID:
1. Ensure that the device is broadcasting the SSID.
2. If the SSID is being broadcast, connect to it using your wireless device.
3. Try to access the web page at http://192.168.110.1
If the Device Does Not Broadcast the SSID:
1. You can connect an Ethernet cable directly from your PC to the router.
2. Change the IP address of your PC to 192.168.110.x, where x is any number between 2 and 254 (e.g., 192.168.110.10).
3. Set the subnet mask to 255.255.255.0.
4. Open http://192.168.110.1 in your web browser.

after changed my power adaptor, the device works properly and still monitored for stability 7x24H
