Title: Cannot assign user's SSID for Wifi to VLAN 1
Dear Ruijie team,
I have a network with VLAN 10 is management VLAN, and VLAN 1 for users, I want to configure management SSID (VLAN10) and user SSID (VLAN 1), my AP management IP address is in VLAN 10. When I create user SSID and choose advance setting and select VLAN 1, it says error, It does not allow to enter VLAN 1.
please help to check and advise.

Dear sir

You can assoiciate default vlan with the Wi-Fi which indicates using VLAN1 for the management SSID as the following picture shows:

If the problem still exists, please help show me a picture about the error when you fail to configure the VLAN1 to the SSID.

Best regards
Jenny

Dear sir

You can choose default vlan instead. Vlan1 is the default vlan.

Hi Jenny,
I can't choose default VLAN (VLAN1) the only options are Same VLAN as AP (I am using VLAN 10 for AP management) and other VLAN where I can't input VLAN 1.

Hi Jenny,
May I have updates on the issue?

Dear,

Sorry for my late reply. The VLAN number can only be in the range of 2 to 232 or 234 to 4094.

You can set the other VLAN to VLAN10 to let the users get VLAN1 ip address.
If the problem still exists, please help provide your network project sharing to our support email (service_rj(Ruijie International) <service_rj@ruijienetworks.com>). Please help alsp provide your device SN so that we can record this case first. Thank you for your cooperation.

Best regards
Jenny
