Hello guys i have this topology but on federal switch in real i have 2 Rg-s6120 switches on vsu i have dhcp server with milteplle pools of 3 vlans my dhcp server is on vlan 20 like in topology my problem is that all other pc's on other vlan other switch over vsu cannot reach dhcp i configure svi interfece on vsu and ip helper adress and links betwen switches and vsu is in trunk and i allowd all vlan on it any idea guys idon't want configure dhcp on vsu it work perfect but i want to use separate dhcp server other swutch i use s5310 Author: v-xiewenyu@ruij Time: 2024-12-13 09:55

In the case I suggest you consider configuring DHCP relay for your network.
DHCP Relay is a technology that allows DHCP clients to communicate with remote DHCP servers through routers or layer 3 switches. It solves the problem that DHCP requests (based on broadcast) cannot cross subnet boundaries.
