Title: Why other port don't have internet?
Hi,
I already configure my switch to be access switch and the uplink already done. The uplink works and I can ping to this switch from other switch but the other port on this switch don't have any internet access and does not receive ip from my dhcp server. Please can help me solve this matter?

This is my device model NBS3100-24GT4SFP-P-V2. The RDC-1F is the master. The device connected to switch but don't received internet. Or you can do remote session for this?

I‘m sorry that we can't provide a specific solution for you based on current information.
Can you help to check the following aspects:
Check whether the user obtains an IP address after connecting to the switch
1. The user has obtained the IP address:
try ping 8.8.8.8 and gateway address as a test, then pls share screenshot with us.

2. The user cannot obtain the address:
a. Configure a static address for the user and test ping
b. Check the DHCP configuration of the gateway
c. Please check vlan and port configurations and other settings of the NBS switch. The paths are as follows
