As title can i do mesh with it? or maybe there is no difference at all?

Dear,

Sorry EW router can not mesh with RAP because they are different series devices. You can choose wireless repeater function instead.

Hello,

EW series connect with RAP cannot do L3 roaming. It can support L2 roaming only. Please note that EW should not work at Router mode.
