Title: About mass offline reporting devices
We are having problems. Many hotspots are offline. We have checked and found that the hotspots are working fine. Is there any way to fix this? Thank you !!

May I know your device's model? Could you please show me the issue on cloud?
1. If your device's model is ruijie device, you can refer to this link to do troubleshooting:https://community.ruijienetworks.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=767&extra=page%3D1
2. If your device's model is reyee device, you can refer to this link to do troubleshooting:https://community.ruijienetworks.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=3290&extra=page%3D1
3. It is recommended that you check the management mode of the Cloud, if you want to put your device online in the cloud, you need to change to Managed by Ruijie Cloud Web

All my device models are Ruijie RG-AP110-L and it says device offline. but I checked and found the device is still working. i checked step 3 as your instruction. But before that setting is still the same. Is there any other way? Thank You !!

I checked the device and there is still traffic going through the device. This is the traffic on the offline device. Thank you very much.

You mean the device online on cloud now,rigtht?
If not ,please show me the result after you do these steps:


1. If your device's model is ruijie device, you can refer to this link to do troubleshooting:
