Title: RAP 2200F cannot be accessed locally
We had a few RAP 2200F Access Points deployed on one of our client sites. We used a EG-105G as the AC to manage all the AP. Everything was working smoothly until one day one of the AP suddenly stopped working. We can't ping it locally nor can we access its web interface. I can see that the access point is being recorded by the MAC Table on our POE Switch. We tried to restart the POE switch and the MAC Address of that AP still shows. We also checked our router and the DHCP IP Address reserved for that AP is being renewed everyday. Attached to this are my screenshots while using Wireshark to conduct a deep dive on the behavior of the AP.

Hi, thank you for your information. i see it is offline on cloud, what about the device default ip? are you able to enter device from that? t need follow these steps oto enter:

Connect an Ethernet cable directly from your PC to the ap.Change the IP address of your PC to 10.44.77.x, where x is any number between 2 and 254 (e.g., 10.44.77.10).Set the subnet mask to 255.255.255.0.Open http://10.44.77.254 in your web browser.
If default ip can not access, you may need reset device.
