Hi Ruijie,

I have a number of projects that I manage for customers on Ruijie cloud. When a device says upgrade available I try and upgrade the devices remotely. eg PTP and Router software.

When I look at the upgrade logs the status is executing. It doesn't seem to upgrade remotely.

any guidance would be appreciated

I'm sorry that we can't provide a specific solution for you based on current information. Can you help to check the follows aspects:


1.Check the version before and after the upgrade to see if the upgrade from the cloud is happening in real time
2.If it is, may you try upgrade via eweb locally?
