Dear,

Regarding the issue that client get disconnected and change into another wifi connection, do you mean the users would connect to other WIFI not from 1200G pro and 1300G ?

And were users' devices moving around or being still when the disconnection occurred ?

For most of end devices, they would switch to wifi with stronger signal if detected.
You may adjust the power on 1200G pro and 1300G and see if it would help

David

Hi sir,
The SSID of the device is selected by the user for connection. If you want the user to specify the connection to a certain device, you can configure the blacklist on another device.

Best regards,
Steve

Hi, K.M._25

May I please know if the 2 routers are both working in Router mode and are they broadcasting different SSIDs or the same SSID?
What is the distance between the 2 routers? If they are near each other, please reduce the transmit power on the routers.

Best regards,
Jayden

Hi, K.M._25

1. You can try to modify the router power to be appropriate and to avoid the signal interrupt between the routers. The ideal signal strength is -65dbm in router coverage area edge.
2. The adjacent router channels must be non-overlapped channel to avoid same frequency interference and packet loss. For example in non-high-density deployment scenarios, 2.4G channels are recommended to use 3 non-overlapping channels 1, 6, and 11 for planning. If it is a high-density deployment site, it is recommended to use 4 channels 1, 5, 9, and 13 for planning; 5G channels are recommended to use 149, 153, 157, 161, 165, 36, 40, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 64, a total of 13 non-overlapping channels are planned.
3. It is client behaviour to choose which router to connect. If the clients can support modifying the roaming sensitivity, you can change to decrease roaming sensitivity  via More> WLAN> Radio Frequency.to test again. If the client can not support the setting, we can try to modify the roaming sensivity on both routers to see whether the user still disconnect repeatedly.

Best regards
Jenny
