How to solve the problem whe EW device is not getting internet

After some time, some devices got red light despite they are connected to modem/router with internet connection and DHCP working

One of the steps that we can try to solve this issue is force it with static ip address.
1. Need to connect a PC into the ISP router/modem to check if IP address is obtained.
From settings go to Network & internet

Then click on ethernet

Check the obtained ip address and save it

If the computer is not receiving an ip address, you need to check with the ISP the modem/router function.
2. On phone, connect your device to the EW wifi and type 192.168.110.1 on browser

You need to access with the configured password (almost all of the times is the same as wifi password, if not need to check the project password from ruijie cloud).
On management webpage you need to select "Static IP" for internet configuration and type the ip address and ip gateway obtained in the computer


After this setting device will be back to online status!
