Need to connect a PC into the ISP router/modem to check if IP address is obtained. From settings go to Network & internet ![]() Then click on ethernet ![]() Check the obtained ip address and save it ![]() If the computer is not receiving an ip address, you need to check with the ISP the modem/router function. 2. On phone, connect your device to the EW wifi and type 192.168.110.1 on browser ![]() ![]() You need to access with the configured password (almost all of the times is the same as wifi password, if not need to check the project password from ruijie cloud). On management webpage you need to select "Static IP" for internet configuration and type the ip address and ip gateway obtained in the computer ![]() ![]() After this setting device will be back to online status! ![]() |
