Dear customer, May I ask if you have a device like a Reyee gateway in your network? If there is one, you could try enable the IPTV/IGMP option in the settings. It is essential for some IPTV applications.  |

If both of them are true, it is very likely because of an known issue that the authentication blocks the DNS request. Would you mind downgrading the device to ReyeeOS324 temporarily and give us an update about the youtube and netflix accessing issue?
