Dear customer,

If the 2.4Ghz of your AP is overloaded, you can configure another channel for it. After the configuration, you can wait for around 15 minutes for RF data to update.

If you have multiple APs in your environment, you may need to optimize their channel according to their deployment.
The channels can be optimized by selecting different channels for the neighboring APs so they have less interference with each other. For example, the channel of 2.4Ghz can be nested in the following pattern according to the location by choosing from channel 1, 6, 11.

For 5Ghz, it can be configured in a similar pattern by choosing from channel 149, 153, 157, 161, 165, 36, 40, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 64.
