Hi,

I'm having issue with my AP, I have this configuration: 1 Firewall on the top, then a Switch and on the switch there is connected the Ruijie Gateway where then there is connected the AP.

I have configured the Gateway correctly and it is showed online on the cloud, the AP was showed online until this afternoon, but now it is showed "offline", If I connect the the Gateway I can see the AP and I can manage it, but it seems like it cannot contact the Cloud, If I perform a network check it results in:

_____________
[strong]Routing Configuration[/strong]
  • [strong]Result
    [/strong]OK
[strong]Check WAN Link[/strong]
  • [strong]Result
[/strong]The WAN link is unreachable or the account is overdue. Internet access may fail.
  • [strong]Suggestion
[/strong]1. Please check the WAN link. 2. Please check whether the account is overdue. 3. Please check gateway settings. 4. Please wait for 1 minute to redial or plug in the network cable.5. The default route is unreachable. Check the route configuratio
______________
furthermore I have tried to PING from the network tools of the AP in order:

- The AP Gateway IP = OK
- The MGMt of the EG Gateway = OK
- The IP Address of the firewall = Unreachable
- 8.8.8.8 = Unreachable

If I try to perform the same tests but from the network tools of the EG Gateway:

- The AP Gateway IP = OK

- The MGMt of the EG Gateway = OK
- The IP Address of the firewall = OK
- 8.8.8.8 = OK
I'm getting crazy and I don't know what I can try anymore, can somebody help me?
Thi is the topology

Best Regards

Hi All,

I have solved the issue, This issue was caused by the wrongly deactivation of the "NAT" from the gateway WAN port.

Best Regards
