Hello,

I created a new guest network on my device and added captive portal authentication to this network. When connected to the relevant wifi, the authentication screen opens on Android phones, but the authentication screen does not open on iOS phones. What is the reason?

Hello Sir,
IOS 18.4 and above versions may encounter this issue, but we have resolved it in ReyeeOS 2.360 version. You can update your AP device to this version to solve the problem.

I can't see an update on ruijie cloud for my rap2260(g) device, I couldn't find the version in the image to install it manually, it might be my fault, can you send me a link for stable working firmware?

Hello sir,
Regarding your question, you may only be able to download the 260 version related to your version from the cloud, as currently only the 320 version is available on the official website, and the 360 version needs to be downloaded here.
