Hi Sir, I am managed AP720-L through Ruijie cloud (https://cloud-as.ruijienetworks.com) Is it possible to perform weekly backup of the configuration for AP720-L on Ruijie cloud? If yes, How to backup Ruijie Cloud Configuration for AP720-L? BR, GH Chee |

Hi GH Chee Sorry sir it cannot support it on cloud. you can do by web or cli. Use WEB to backups  Click ‘Advanced’, choose ‘System’, choose ‘Backup’, click ‘Export Config’ and choose save location for configuration export. Click ‘Scan…’ and choose configuration file then click ‘Import’ for import.  Use CLI to backups  1. Open TFTP software in your computer.  2. Input command ‘copy flash:config.text tftp://192.168.1.100/config.text’, 192.16.1.100 is your computer IP address. 3. If you see the prompt ‘Transmission success,file length 50281 bytes’, it means successful |
