Peng replied at 2023-1-30 18:28 Hi Peng We have this issue on all the ones we sold that have been upgraded in there firmware (dont know what firmware version cause this issue) some is in a server rack some is on the inside of the roof where there were 10 minus degrees over the winter, still the fan was running on 100? Why not just give us the abilty to control the fan speed? |

Really annoying fan noise inside home and the client are really upset as it is mention on the specification that the fan is adaptive which means that it stop running when the temperature is below 25°C and the power is below 120 watt. And the cabinet temperature is below 25°C and no other device with the switch and there are 0 watt power consumed at the ports as there are no poe devices connected to the switch. Is there any update or any solution !!!!!! |
